About Us

Helix Construction Ltd. sponsors many community events and fundraisers and is the co-founder of the Boomtown Cup Lawnmower Race, which raised over $70,000 in 2018 and 2019 for various community organizations. We take great pride in serving Shaunavon and the surrounding area.

We look forward to creating new partnerships and business opportunities here in the southwest and have a strong commitment towards agricultural and Indigenous relations.

Helix Construction Ltd. was founded in November 2014. The name Helix comes from the original service line we offered - installing helical piles, more commonly known as screw piles.

As the needs of the oil patch in southwestern Saskatchewan fluctuated, we expanded and adapted too. By the spring of 2015, we found our main focus to be access matting and garbage disposal. Most recently, we added heavy hauling into the mix to complement our existing services.

Our Safety Pledge

At Helix we believe that no job is so urgent that we can't take the time to do it safely. The welfare of our employees and clients is our greatest concern. Helix has implemented effective health and safety policies and procedures with the ultimate goal of reducing workplace accidents and injuries through training, education and awareness. All employees, including management and supervisors, are responsible and accountable for the company’s overall safety initiatives - following all procedures, working safely, and providing feedback towards improving all safety measures.

Helix is registered with ISNetworld, Complyworks, Avetta, 8AM Solutions and SafeContractor, allowing us to monitor and maintain the compliance and operations requirements of our clients and contractors. Registrations with these groups allows us to ensure that all HSE regulations are followed.

SINCE 2015, WE HAVE SUPPORTED THE LOCAL COMMUNITY AND ARE PROUD TO CALL THE SOUTHWEST HOME.
